These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of superhumancryo.com (the “Site”), operated by Superhuman Cryo (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who the Site is for
The Site provides information about commercial cryotherapy equipment for businesses. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and, if you contact us on behalf of a business, that you are authorized to do so.
Prices and product information
- Prices are indicative. Prices, lease estimates, running costs, payback figures and specifications on the Site are for general information. They are not an offer to sell. A price is only binding when it appears in a written quote from us, and a sale is only made when we accept your order in writing.
- What is included. Where the Site says delivery, installation, commissioning and training are included, this applies within the contiguous US unless your quote says otherwise.
- Estimates are estimates. Running costs, lease payments, revenue ranges and payback periods depend on your location, energy and nitrogen prices, credit approval, pricing and bookings. They are not guarantees of cost or income.
- Specifications may change. We may update products, specifications and prices at any time without notice. Images may be illustrative.
- Errors. We try to keep the Site accurate but may make mistakes. We may correct errors, including in prices, at any time before we accept an order.
The purchase of any equipment is governed by your written quote, our sales terms and the warranty document supplied with the equipment. If they conflict with these Terms, those documents apply.
Financing and tax information
Financing is provided by third-party lenders, subject to their approval and terms. Information about Section 179 or other tax rules is general and is not tax advice. Consult your tax advisor.
No medical advice
Content on the Site is for business information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Whole-body cryotherapy is not cleared by the US Food and Drug Administration to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Operators are responsible for guest screening, safe operation and complying with laws and regulations that apply to their business, including advertising rules.
Using the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malicious code
- Scrape or copy substantial parts of the Site for commercial use without our written permission
- Submit false information through our forms
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, images, graphics, logos and the Superhuman Cryo name, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. Any other use needs our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. This does not affect the written warranty supplied with equipment you buy from us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing law
